In the world of smartphones, February was relatively quiet compared to last month, which witnessed phone manufacturers like Samsung and OnePlus launching their latest flagship phones. If you are thinking of buying a new phone, we recommend waiting a few days as March will be packed with several smartphone launches. From the highly speculated Nothing Phone (2a) to the now-confirmed Xiaomi 14 series, here are some of the most anticipated smartphone launches of March 2024.
Nothing Phone (2a)
In the last couple of months, several leaks and rumours about the Nothing Phone (2a) have surfaced online. A recent post by the company’s official handle on X confirms that it will be powered by the Dimensity 7200 Pro and have up to 12GB RAM. It is also said to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen and a redesigned back panel without the company’s iconic Glyph interface.

Xiaomi 14
Xiaomi’s latest flagship series, which was launched in China last year, is also coming to India next month. Featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the Chinese variant of the compact handset sports a slightly larger 6.36-inch AMOLED screen compared to its predecessor.

The phone has a 4,610mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. And while there is no information on how much it will cost, but taking a look at its predecessor’s price, Xiaomi might launch it for somewhere around Rs 80,000.
Realme 12 Plus
Following the launch of the Realme 12 Pro series, which introduced capable telephoto lenses at an affordable price, the company is expected to launch the Realme 12 series, which will have two models that cost a bit less than their Pro counterparts.

On the hardware front, the Realme 12 Plus might pack the Dimensity 7050 chipset and pack a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. While Realme is yet to confirm the official launch date, a tipster hints that the phone will be coming to India on March 5.
Vivo V30 Pro
Vivo is also gearing up to launch the Vivo V30 Pro sometime next month. The phone will be launched globally on February 28 and is expected to hit the Indian market soon after. While nothing is official at the moment, it may be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset and will reportedly have up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Known for their camera, a recent report by 91mobile suggested Vivo’s upcoming V series phone is said to pack a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP telephoto sensor.
